We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days upon receipt of your item to request for a return & exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it--unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages or Other Issues
